Refund policy
OVERDMA LLC – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
All sales made through OverDMA LLC are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products (Firmware, Software, Unlockers, Subscriptions)
All digital products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once access, download, activation, or usage has occurred, the sale is irreversible.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Detection or bans
- Anti-cheat updates
- Game updates
- Operating system updates
- Hardware incompatibility
- User misconfiguration
- Failure to follow instructions
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Change of mind
- Service discontinuation
- Third-party enforcement actions
Limited 24-Hour Technical Issue Window:
A refund may only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The product is completely non-functional
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase
- The product has not been successfully used
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue
OverDMA LLC reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.
3. Hardware Products
All hardware sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Returns are only accepted in the following case:
- The product arrives physically defective
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The unit is returned unused and in original condition
- Serial numbers and security markings remain intact
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Compatibility misunderstandings
- Improper installation
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- International customs issues
- Refusal to pay import duties
Replacement units will only be issued after the defective unit is received and inspected.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting OverDMA support.
Filing a fraudulent dispute after receiving digital access or delivered hardware constitutes breach of agreement.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide:
- IP address logs
- Download timestamps
- Access logs
- Usage records
- Discord communications
- Shipping confirmation
- Delivery confirmation
- Order verification data
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Reporting to payment processors
- Debt collection procedures
5. Shipping & Delivery Issues
OverDMA LLC is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages due to incorrect address entry
- Customs delays
- Import taxes or duties
- International seizure due to local regulations
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the transaction is considered fulfilled.
6. Subscription Services
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
“Lifetime” access refers only to the duration during which the service remains operational. If discontinued, no refunds will be issued.
7. Restocking & Processing Fees
If a return is exceptionally approved at our discretion, OverDMA LLC reserves the right to:
- Apply restocking fees
- Deduct processing fees
- Deduct transaction fees incurred by payment processors
8. Policy Enforcement
Abuse of refund requests, repeated dispute behavior, or attempts to exploit payment systems will result in permanent termination of access to all OverDMA services.
9. Policy Updates
OverDMA LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
