OVERDMA LLC – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, completing checkout, downloading any digital content, joining our Discord server, or using any product or service provided by OverDMA LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.
All materials, products, branding, software, firmware, and content are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Legal Entity
OverDMA LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. These Terms govern all interactions with our website, digital products, hardware devices, subscriptions, support services, and community platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services.
By using this website, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older;
- You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement;
- You are legally permitted to purchase and use our products in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
4. Lawful Use & User Responsibility
Our products are provided for educational, research, testing, and personal use only.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any product complies with:
- Local, state, federal, and international laws;
- Game publisher rules;
- Platform Terms of Service;
- Tournament or competition rules.
Any misuse of products is strictly the responsibility of the user.
5. No Guarantee of Detection, Compatibility, or Continuity
OverDMA LLC makes NO guarantees regarding:
- Undetectability;
- Ban resistance;
- Account safety;
- Anti-cheat bypass longevity;
- Compatibility with future updates;
- Operating system compatibility;
- Hardware compatibility;
- Continued access to digital services.
Products may become partially or fully non-functional at any time due to updates, anti-cheat changes, operating system updates, hardware changes, or third-party enforcement.
No refunds, compensation, or credits will be provided for such events.
6. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using any product from OverDMA LLC, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks including but not limited to:
- Account suspension;
- Permanent bans;
- HWID bans;
- Data loss;
- Hardware malfunction;
- System instability;
- Service interruptions;
- Financial losses.
OverDMA LLC shall not be held liable for any such outcomes.
7. Digital Products – Final Sale Policy
All digital products, including firmware, software, unlockers, and subscriptions, are FINAL SALE.
Refunds are only considered if:
- The product is completely non-functional;
- Our support team cannot resolve the issue;
- You contact support within 24 hours of purchase;
- The product has not been successfully used.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Detection or bans;
- User error;
- Incompatibility;
- Misconfiguration;
- Lack of technical knowledge;
- Change of mind;
- Service discontinuation.
“Lifetime” or “Forever” access refers only to the period during which the service is actively maintained. Discontinuation does not entitle the user to compensation.
8. Hardware Sales Policy
All hardware sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Shipping address changes are allowed only before shipping label creation.
OverDMA LLC is not responsible for:
- Customs fees;
- Import taxes;
- Country-specific regulations;
- Carrier delays;
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If a product arrives defective, a replacement will be shipped after the defective unit is returned and verified.
9. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting OverDMA support.
Initiating a fraudulent dispute constitutes breach of contract.
In the event of a dispute, OverDMA LLC reserves the right to provide:
- IP address logs;
- Access logs;
- Download timestamps;
- Discord communication logs;
- Transaction records;
- Shipping confirmation;
- Delivery confirmation.
Fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Permanent service termination;
- Blacklisting;
- Reporting to payment processors;
- Legal collection action.
10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall OverDMA LLC be liable for:
- Indirect damages;
- Consequential damages;
- Lost profits;
- Account losses;
- Tournament disqualification;
- Reputation damage;
- Data loss.
Maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.
11. Discord Community
Access to the OverDMA Discord server is a privilege, not a right.
We reserve the right to remove or ban any member at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be provided due to Discord removal.
Sharing private firmware, guides, downloads, or internal resources will result in permanent ban and blacklist.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OverDMA LLC, its owners, staff, affiliates, suppliers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:
- Misuse of products;
- Violation of third-party terms;
- Intellectual property claims;
- Payment disputes;
- Tournament or competition violations.
13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive any right to participate in:
- Class action lawsuits;
- Class-wide arbitration;
- Representative claims.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
