OVERDMA LLC – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

OverDMA LLC reserves the right to delay shipment for fraud verification, payment review, or address confirmation.

2. Shipping Carrier

We currently ship orders using UPS.

Once an order has been handed over to UPS and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for transit timing transfers to the carrier.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once the shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates directly through UPS.

Failure to monitor tracking does not constitute grounds for refund or replacement.

4. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered once UPS marks the package as “Delivered” in the tracking system.

UPS delivery confirmation serves as official proof of fulfillment.

OverDMA LLC is not responsible for:

- Stolen packages after delivery
- Packages delivered to the correct address but received by another person
- Apartment mailroom handling
- Front door theft
- Package interception after delivery confirmation

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

OverDMA LLC is not liable for:

- Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address formatting errors
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect entry

Address changes are only permitted before the shipping label is generated.

6. Shipping Delays

OverDMA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

- UPS operational delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- International regulations
- High-volume shipping periods
- Carrier routing issues

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. International Orders

For international shipments:

- Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees.
- OverDMA LLC is not responsible for customs holds, inspections, or seizures.
- Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

8. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with UPS.

Claims must be approved by UPS before any replacement is considered.

OverDMA LLC reserves sole discretion regarding replacements for lost shipments.

9. Signature Requirements

OverDMA LLC may require signature confirmation for high-value orders.

If signature is required and the customer fails to be available, re-delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Fraud Prevention & Shipping Verification

OverDMA LLC reserves the right to:

- Delay shipment for fraud review
- Request identity verification
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
- Require signature confirmation
- Use UPS delivery confirmation as legal proof in disputes

Shipping records, tracking confirmations, and carrier scans will be used as evidence in any payment dispute or chargeback.

11. Returned to Sender

If a package is returned due to:

- Incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to claim
- Unpaid customs duties

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Refunds are not guaranteed for returned shipments.

12. Policy Enforcement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Delivery confirmation by UPS constitutes proof of fulfillment.
- Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
- Incorrect address submission voids shipping liability.
- Customs issues are the responsibility of the buyer.

OverDMA LLC reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
