We do not keep copies of firmware after delivery. As soon as you receive your firmware, save it to a USB drive or cloud storage. If you format your PC, change drives or your system fails, the firmware is lost permanently and would need to be purchased again. Once delivered, the file is your responsibility.

What is 1:1 True Emulated Firmware?

1:1 True Emulated Firmware is premium DMA firmware that emulates a legitimate PCIe device using a matching driver. This allows the DMA card to appear as authentic hardware without a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager while providing maximum compatibility.

What's the difference between the Standard and Private EAC tiers?

The Standard Tier utilizes a proven hardware profile trusted by thousands of users and offers excellent performance. The Private Tier uses a significantly more exclusive hardware profile with much lower deployment volume, providing an additional layer of long-term security and exclusivity.

Which DMA cards are supported?

This firmware supports 75T, 100T, ZDMA and M.2 DMA cards. Select your DMA card during checkout so the firmware can be prepared correctly.

Do I need this tier, or is the cheaper one enough?

If you only play BattlEye, Call of Duty, Battlefield or FiveM titles, the 1:1 Emulated — BE / COD / BF / FiveM firmware ($79.99) covers you. This tier is required for EAC and ACE titles such as Fortnite, Apex Legends, Rust and The Finals.

How is the firmware delivered?

Firmware is customized for your DMA card and is not delivered instantly. After purchasing, open a Discord support ticket and our team will complete your firmware installation within approximately 24 hours.

What happens if my firmware is detected?

Your purchase includes a 1-month warranty. If your firmware is detected during the warranty period, you'll receive a replacement or updated firmware build. After the warranty expires, replacement firmware is available at 20% off.

Is any software installed on the gaming PC?

A matching driver may be required on the gaming PC to fully emulate the target device. No cheat software or game modifications are installed on the gaming PC.

Do you help with installation?

Yes. Free firmware installation and setup assistance is provided through our Discord support team, in English and Spanish.

How long does firmware installation take?

Most firmware orders are completed within 24 hours after you open a support ticket. Our technicians will guide you through the entire flashing and setup process.
